This policy explains what personal data UCAM CENTER (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it and what rights you have. It applies to all language versions of the website.

1. Data we collect

Data you send us. When you fill in a form, we receive your name, your Telegram username and anything you choose to write in the other fields: experience, information about you or your studio, a website or Instagram link, the services you are interested in and comments. You also confirm that you are 18 or older. We never ask for identity documents or payment details through the website.

Technical data. Like any website, our server records standard request logs: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request. We use them only to keep the website secure and working.

Browser storage. The website remembers your language choice in your browser and, while a tab is open, a mark that you have entered a valid access key. This information stays on your device and is not used to track you. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

2. How we use it

• to reply to your request and contact you in Telegram;
• to prepare an offer, a price list or a personal access key;
• to provide the services we have agreed on;
• to protect the website against spam and abuse;
• to meet our legal obligations.

We process this data because you ask us to (steps before an agreement), because you give your consent when you send a form, because we have a legitimate interest in keeping the website secure, or because the law requires it.

3. Who can see your data

We do not sell or rent personal data. It is available only to the team members who handle your request and to service providers that help us run the website: hosting, email and the messaging service that delivers requests to us. They process the data only on our instructions. We disclose data to public authorities only when the law requires it.

4. Partner sites and links

The website contains banners and links to third-party platforms, some of them referral links. When you follow them, the rules and privacy policy of that platform apply. We do not receive personal data from these platforms about you.

5. How long we keep data

We keep request data as long as we need it to answer you and provide services. If a request does not lead to cooperation, we delete it within 12 months. Server logs are kept for a short period set by our hosting provider.

6. Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive a copy of it and withdraw your consent at any time. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority of your country.

7. Age

The website and our services are intended only for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have received such data, we delete it.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with the date of the last update.
